Deliveries and Returns

For any item purchased on our website, delivery is free in mainland France.

You can follow the progress of the delivery thanks to the link that you will find under the heading: My account> Orders> Tracking

Delivery times depend on our partner carriers, however, we do everything we can to keep these times to a minimum. Delivery must take place no later than 30 days after ordering online.

In case of absence at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your package in your mailbox, in a relay point or the package will be dropped off at your local post office and a calling card will be left to let you know where it is located.

In the event of late delivery, we will inform you, you will be able to request a refund within 14 days of payment (from the moment we are informed of your decision to withdraw). The refund is then made in full, including the re-shipment costs, if the package arrives after the withdrawal.
We offer you the option of returning an item to us free of charge as long as the item is in its original condition and original packaging (including tags), subject to the following conditions:

We are able to take back an item in the event of a delivery that does not comply with the order or is defective, indicate the reason for refusal on the delivery / return slip by notifying one of the following elements:

- New delivery respecting the order

- Repair of the defective product

- Exchange of the product for another similar one or

- Cancellation of the order (with reimbursement of the sums paid including delivery costs within 14 days from the moment we are informed of your decision to withdraw).

You have 14 days to return an item to us from the date of delivery of your order to your home or to the relay point. (Once the 14 day deadline has passed we do not accept returns of items.)

All items are inspected upon return. If the item you return to us is worn or damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund and may need to resend it to you (you will be responsible for the delivery cost).
