How to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please go to the section : Mon compte> Commandes> Annuler
It will not be possible to cancel an order after it has been dispatched. If the order is being shipped, please use the contact form that you will find by clicking here, to make your cancellation request. We will send you a return slip to send the item back to us. Upon receipt of the item in our workshop we will issue your refund within 14 days. (Voir l'onglet Retours & Remboursements)
How do I know if my payment is secure?
Security is our priority and La Maison 3DOTS undertakes not to keep any data from your bank card.
Transactions made on the 3dotsparis.com website are secure. Personal data and payment data are protected by an SSL encryption system set up on our website.
Thanks to the 3D Secure system implemented on most bank cards, the security of online payments is reinforced.
The double authentication added by 3D Secure allows the identification of the card holder and the validation of the transaction.

How to track my order ?
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your package containing a tracking link.
You can follow the progress of the delivery thanks to the link that you will find under the heading : My account > Orders > Follow
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your user account, please go to the heading : Mon compte> Supprimer mon compte. (Located at the bottom of the page.)
Delivery
For any item purchased on our website, delivery is free in mainland France.
Delivery times depend on our partner carriers, however, we do everything we can to keep these times to a minimum. (3DOTS PARIS cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of packages following specific delivery instructions given to the carrier.)
In case of absence at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your package in your mailbox, in a relay point or the package will be dropped off at your local post office and a calling card will be left to let you know where it is located.
Retours & remboursement
Returns :
We offer you the option of returning an item to us free of charge as long as the item is in its original condition and original packaging (including labels), subject to the following conditions :
You have 14 days to return an item to us from the date of delivery of your order to your home or to the relay point. (Once the 14 day deadline has passed we do not accept returns of items.)
All items are inspected upon return. If the item you return to us is worn or damaged, we will not be able to refund or exchange it and may need to resend it to you (you will be responsible for the delivery cost).
Have you changed your mind about the size or color of the item? You will need to return the item to us and upon receipt we will send you your replacement item. To do so, you must use the return slip, which you will find in your package.
Refunds :
Refunds depend on the funding source used for the transaction.
- If you paid by credit card, the refund is made directly to the same card. It appears on your bank statement within 30 days, depending on your card issuer. To find out more, contact him directly.
- If you paid by bank account, the money is refunded to your PayPal balance and then automatically transferred to your bank account
- If you paid by PayPal balance, the amount is credited back to your PayPal balance.
I received a defective item
We sincerely apologize if you have received a defective item. The quality of our clothes, accessories and the satisfaction of our customers are our priorities.
In order for us to replace the defective item or provide you with a refund, please return the item to us as soon as possible. (All items are inspected and those showing signs of wear instead of a defect may not be replaced or refunded.)
